The challenge
Sapphaster sells gifts to two very different buyers: people sending a personal gesture, and companies placing corporate orders. Many of its orders are also made to a brief, so a standard shop alone would not cover how it sells.
It also needed to serve customers paying in naira and in dollars without confusing either.
What we built
A store where ready-to-ship gifts can be bought straight away, organised around occasions such as corporate gifting and romance, with add-ons to complete an order.
For anything bespoke, a custom request form collects the details the team needs to prepare a concept and quotation, including occasion, budget, quantity, colour palette and delivery date.
