Alluring Herbals Booking
A custom booking app on its own subdomain, connected to the Alluring Herbals shop, so clients can arrange a consultation online.
The challenge
Alluring Herbals offers health assessments, naturopathic medicine, holistic nutrition and herbalist consultations alongside its product range.
Booking a consultation is a different job from buying a product, and it needed a proper system of its own instead of being squeezed into the shop.
What we built
A custom booking app on its own subdomain, built specifically around how the practice takes appointments. Clients read about each service, choose what they need and arrange an appointment online.
The practice manages appointments from its own admin area, and the app links back to the shop so the two work as one service.
Key features
- Online appointment booking
- Service pages for each type of consultation
- Booking summary and checkout
- Admin area for managing appointments
- Linked to the Alluring Herbals shop
