These terms cover your use of this website. Work we do for you is also covered by the quote or agreement we give you, which takes priority if the two differ.

Using this website

You may use this website to learn about Rusa Solutions and to contact us. Please do not try to disrupt it, gain access to parts of it that are not meant for you, or send it automated traffic.

Quotes

Nothing on this website is an offer that binds us. We quote once we understand your requirements. A project begins once we have both agreed its scope and price in writing. International projects are quoted in USD. Payment terms are set out in your quote.

Hosting and maintenance

Free maintenance when we manage your hosting. We fix bugs and keep your site secure, updated and online at no extra cost. New features and content updates are quoted separately. Hosting renews yearly. We confirm the renewal price with you when we quote.

Included: fixing bugs in work we built, security updates, server maintenance, keeping your site online, backups.

Quoted separately: new features and enhancements, content updates made on your behalf, fixes for issues caused by outside changes or third-party plugins. You can change your own products, prices, images and text in your admin panel at any time, at no cost.

Our work and your content

The text, images and code of this website belong to Rusa Solutions or its licensors. Client names, logos and screenshots belong to those clients. Who owns the work we build for you is set out in your agreement.

Our products

You get our software products from services such as WordPress.org and Freemius. Each product's licence and the terms shown where you get it apply to that product, and take priority over these terms if the two differ.

Links to other sites

This website links to client sites and other services we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
