This policy explains what personal data Rusa Solutions collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It is written to reflect Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and, for visitors in the UK and EU, the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
Who we are

The contact form
When you send the form we collect your name, business, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the service and budget you choose, your message, and the page of this site you came from. We use these details to reply and to discuss your project. We rely on the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Your enquiry is stored in this site's database and emailed to us through Brevo, and we reply from our own email or WhatsApp.
If you message us on WhatsApp, your number and messages reach us through WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. WhatsApp's own privacy terms also apply.
Analytics and the Meta Pixel
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how this site is used, and the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram advertising and to show relevant adverts. These record the pages you visit, when you start a WhatsApp chat or send the form, and technical details such as your IP address and browser. Neither loads unless you accept it, and your consent is our legal basis.
Keeping forms free of spam
When it is switched on, Google reCAPTCHA checks the contact form for automated use, and it receives technical details about your device and how you use the page. Google's privacy policy applies. We rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the form. We also keep a scrambled copy of your IP address for up to a day to limit repeated sends.

You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer, when analytics or the Pixel are in use.
Our products
This policy covers this website. If you get one of our products from WordPress.org or buy it through Freemius, the privacy terms of those services apply to what you give them.
Who we share data with
We use service providers to run this site: our hosting company, Brevo to deliver enquiry emails, and Google and Meta as described above. We do not sell your personal data. We may share it where the law requires us to.
Transfers outside your country
These providers may process data outside Nigeria, the UK or the EU. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for two years after we last dealt with them, then delete them, including the copies in our email and WhatsApp. If an enquiry becomes part of a client project, our records of that project apply instead. Once an enquiry is deleted, we can no longer give you a copy of it.
Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, ask to move it to another provider, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hi@rusasolutions.com to do any of these.
If something has gone wrong, email us first at the same address and we will work to put it right. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or your EU data protection authority.
