The challenge
A clinic with dozens of treatments and its own product range has a lot to explain. Clients need to find the right treatment, see when it is available and buy what they need to keep their results going at home.
When those steps sit in separate places, or depend on someone replying to a message, staff spend their day on scheduling and clients are left waiting.
What we built
One site that brings the whole client journey together. Clients browse treatments by category, choose a time from real availability, pay online and shop for products in the same visit.
Behind it, staff have an admin area for bookings, orders, stock, clients and content, so the clinic can run its day from one place.
