Rusa Payment Verification for WooCommerce
Stop checking bank-transfer payments across WhatsApp, email and your bank app. Customers send their proof on the order, and you approve or reject it from one queue in WooCommerce.
Needs WordPress 6.4 or later, PHP 7.4 or later and WooCommerce.
How it works
Your customer sends proof with the order
After checkout, the customer enters the transaction reference and uploads a JPG, PNG or PDF receipt on their order. They are also emailed a link for later, which works without signing in and lasts 30 days, because a transfer can take a few days to make.
You review everything in one queue
The order moves to Payment In Review and you get an email. The Payment Verification screen in WooCommerce lists each submission with its reference and receipt. Receipts sit in a protected folder, not at a public address.
You decide, and the order updates itself
Approve a payment and the order moves to Processing, and the customer hears that it has been verified, with any downloads they bought. Reject it and they are asked to upload a clearer receipt.

Common questions
Does it replace the Bank Transfer payment method?
No. It extends WooCommerce's own Bank Transfer (BACS) method, so your bank details and settings stay where they are.
Is there a monthly limit on the free plugin?
No. The free plugin has no limit on verifications, and it works fully without Premium.
Does it work with block checkout?
Yes. It works with both the classic and the block-based WooCommerce checkout.
Is approving from an email safe?
The link in the email only opens a confirmation page. The payment is approved once a signed-in store manager presses the button there, so a mail scanner opening the link cannot approve anything. Each link works once and expires after 7 days.
What do I need to run Premium?
Premium is an add-on, so the free plugin must stay installed and active alongside it, with an active Premium licence.
What happens if my Premium licence ends?
The free plugin and its verification records carry on as before. Premium tools, updates and support stop until the licence is renewed.
